As we know, self-care isn’t fair an extravagance but a need to fulfill our obligations. Staying doused is also an important part of nutrition. Everyone must drink at least 8 spectacles of water per day.
    b. Exercise:
    Physical activities on a regular basis are very helpful in maintaining health. Exercise not as it were has the capacity to preserve our cardiovascular wellbeing but also boost our mood. Everyone must aim to at least do 150 minutes of exercise per week, along with muscle strengthening exercises. Exercise keeps us fit physically as well as mentally.

These activities challenge your brain, and it is the most powerful activity for keep your brain healthy. a. Morning:

  • Continuously begin your day with a sound breakfast.
  • Always do meditation or exercise before starting your day.
  • Engage yourself in physical activities such as morning walks or yoga.

b. Afternoon:

  • Take regular break sessions during work.
  • Eat a healthy and notorious lunch to make yourself energetic.
  • Play mind games or solve puzzles.

c. Evening:

  • Connect with your loved ones and spend enough time with them.
  • Always end your day by reading a book or taking a warm bath that helps you in releasing tensions and stress.
  • Maintain you sleeping schedule and remain consistent to it.
Regular Health Check-ups

One of the most important things is to consult your doctor regularly. You can’t underestimate the power of daily check-ups. Routine visits to your doctors can help in detecting the hidden problems and saves you from big loss.
